The incumbent responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Will assist the Manager Quality Assurance and Operations Management, Flight Operations and Principal, Quality, Safety & Security (PQSS) for the matters related to Safety Management System and Quality Assurance Programme;
  • Participate as a member of Safety Action Group and Crisis Management Team when required;
  • Assist Manager Quality Assurance and Operations Management in AOC Audit Planning and Annual Audit Plan;
  • Enforce a routine house keeping culture and manage/maintain documentation and practices to meet the HKCAD and IOSA requirements;
  • Ensure the qualification and training validity of individual personnels are validated to the requirement of company requirements as well as in accordance to the Flight & Crew Dispatch Administrations operational manuals;
  • Assist and implement the safety management system / quality assurance system in compliance to the OM-E and ensure its updated on a consistent basis;
  • Participate in safety audits and new/existing stations inspection with the implementation for the corrective action procedures if required;
  • Assist Senior Managers in accidents and incident investigation as well as risk assessment, while providing recommendation and solutions for Corrective Actions Plans;
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement Contracts/and supporting Contracts are up to company standards and are compliant with the legal system. The standards & performance on Service Level Agreement for service providers will be regular reviewed on all aspects;
  • Develop a service quality audit programme to monitor and ensure performance level are up to company standards;
  • Develop quality assurance management models and tools for monitoring and managing service delivery performance internally and externally;
  • Assisting PQSS in the development of the Safety Management Program in relations to Operations and Flight & Crew Dispatch Administrations that involves Safety Performance Measure, Risk Assessment & Mitigation Action, Safety Investigation and continuous quality improvements;
  • Assist in operations management and IOC functions when there is a disruption/incident that occurs in daily operations.


  • 5 years solid aviation operations experience with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Degree in Aviation Management or equivalent;
  • Well versed knowledge and experience in Safety Management System, Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), IOSA Auditor training and Crew Resources Management System (CRM);
  • Possess strong leadership skills and management mindset;
  • Demonstrate the "Can Do" spirit;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
