Mr. ZHAN Guicai has over 27 years of extensive management experience in the aviation industry including President of Hong Kong Airlines; Chairman of SATS(HK) etc. His solid leadership experience and strong aviation background will support ongoing growth of the company and the execution of its strategic plan to reach a greater level of success.
