Dangerous goods can only be accepted in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
A Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods (DGD) must be completed in English by the shipper for each consignment of dangerous goods.
The outer packaging must show the full shipping name of the contents and not contain any old labels.

Live Animals
The welfare of live animals when under transportation is of paramount importance, highest attention must be paid when handling, storing and transporting live animals.
Appropriate competent staff in Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier Limited ensure live animals’ consignments are handled with best possible conditions.
Live Animals can only be accepted in accordance with IATA Live Animals Regulations.
Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier Limited do not uplift the following:
Live animals intended for laboratory purpose or scientific research;
All aggressive animals (e.g., lions, tiger…etc.), poisonous animals including poisonous reptiles and poisonous insects;
Wild captured birds;
Particular breeds of brachycephalic (short noses) dogs and cats.
